Hhuba lokutanga (The first day)

It was an ordinary day when the child arrived.

Nothing to see, nothing to hear,

Not there anyway.

Elsewhere-

The God’s held their breath,

the stars aligned

She lived.

‘Nomatter’

To endure relentlessly.
